Mechanical Construction Site Supervisor (SS1 or SS2)

Hourly Rate :

• Site Supervisor 1 (SS1) : $54.41 / hour
• Site Supervisor 2 (SS2) : $57.22 / hour
• Performance-based bonus potential (not guaranteed)

Type : Full-Time, Perm

Location : Hamilton, ON Projects : Niagara Region, GTA, London & surrounding areas

Schedule : Typically 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (±1 hour), project-dependent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee mechanical field operations on construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality mechanical installations while maintaining strict safety, quality, and performance standards.

The position is open to either a Site Supervisor 1 (SS1) or Site Supervisor 2 (SS2) , depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will provide on-site leadership, coordinate trades and subtrades, manage workflow, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
