Senior Municipal Engineer / Project Manager – Municipal Infrastructure

A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Municipal Engineer / Project Manager to support a diverse range of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead design and construction services for systems such as pumping stations, forcemains, watermains, treatment facilities, and related municipal servicing.

Your Role

You’ll provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. You’ll also help strengthen client relationships, support business development, and mentor junior team members.

Key Contributions

• Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships.
• Support land development activities with water / wastewater expertise.
• Lead and mentor engineering and technical staff across multiple offices.
• Manage and deliver multidisciplinary projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee design, modelling, analysis, and review of municipal infrastructure.
• Guide internal teams and subconsultants, prepare proposals, and contribute to Class EA and MECP processes.
• Represent the firm as a technical specialist with clients and external partners.

What You Bring

Location : This is a hybrid role, with only occasional visits required to the Collingwood office (once / twice a month). Flexibility to work from other offices is also available.
