Retail Assistant Manager — If you enjoy working as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience, we would love the opportunity to talk with you about our Assistant Store Leader Trainee role. Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
- Assist in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure products are in stock and the store is presentable.
What You Bring
Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills; ability to lead and coach teams.Proven ability to maintain high retention by developing leaders and emphasizing employee productivity.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; solid computer skills.A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance during employment.Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Benefits
