Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Assist in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure products are in stock and the store is presentable.
