Salary : €41,000 - €59,000

TTM Healthcare are currently looking to recruit a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist on a full time (35 hours per week) basis for our clients based in Listowel, County Kerry.

Our clients are a major voluntary organization, who provide age-related residential, educational and day services for people with intellectual disabilities, autism and communication disorders throughout the Cork and Kerry area.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Inter-disciplinary team using a family centered approach to the delivery of a range of services for children (0-18 years) and their families.

They will work in conjunction with other team members in coordinating and developing the service to meet the needs of the person supported group and the objectives of the organization.

Applicants Must;

Be CORU registered

Have three years full-time post qualification clinical experience

Have at least two years of full time experience of working with children and young adults (This ideally would include intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and / or mental health and Autism)

Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office

Be able to provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Occupational Therapist Register (maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU)

Have previous experience of working in partnership with families

Have a full clean driving license and access to your own car

• Experience of developing and coordinating individual family service plans (IFSPs) or equivalent in line with relevant policies and procedures would be beneficial*
