Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in data science, using Salesforce data and CRM analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Analytics, and Einstein Discovery for creating predictive models and AI-powered insights.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other programming languages for data analysis and model development.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant).
- Experience in working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). - Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Scientist Expert to drive insights, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making across our CRM platform.
This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce data to create advanced predictive models, perform data analysis, and provide actionable insights for the sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics and Einstein Prediction Builder, and a passion for translating data into business value.
Additionally, the role involves training team members in Salesforce analytics, while also guiding architecture and solution development.
Compensation :
$80 / hr to $130 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
