The Housing Navigator will be responsible for providing housing navigation services to clients, including assessment, case management, and referrals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
Provide housing navigation services to clients, including assessment, case management, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and resources.
Assist clients in identifying and accessing housing resources.
Provide crisis intervention and support services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Provide follow-up services to ensure client success.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
Knowledge of housing resources and services.
