Role Summary / Objective

The Maintenance Shift Lead (PM shift) coordinates daily maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of all systems and equipment. The role maintains a clean and organized workspace by ensuring team members follow company policies and procedures. The afternoon shift will be from 3 PM to 11 : 30 PM.

Role Details

• Licensed trades (433A, 442A, 309A) : $40.25 / hr – $47.75 / hr
• Health, Vision and Dental benefits available from day one, company‑covered benefits program (no deductions taken from your pay!)
• RRSP matching available from day one
• $1,000 tool allowance for first year, $300 tool allowance every year after
