A Dartmouth, Nova Scotia mechanical contractor is looking to add an Office Administrator to their team. Ideally, the right candidate will have experience working in a construction environment previously and have some knowledge of related project documentation, submittals and related.

Office Administrative Duties
General administrative duties (Answering phones, emails, faxes; sending and receiving mail; general office cleaning; filing, etc...)Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistantProficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)Willing to learn Jonas and Procore softwareGeneral office duties : mailing, faxing, filing, photocopying, and ordering of office suppliesMaking appointments, confirming and following up with clientsCan multi-task and prioritizeConstruction Related Administration Duties
Provide administrative support as required for Estimating, Service & Small ProjectsType, complete and send quotes, tender documents, contracts, maintenance agreements, letters etc.Coordinate shop drawing submittalsVerifying correctness of invoices by suppliers for jobs / work ordersAssist Service Team with quotes, proposals and other tasks as requiredOther duties as may be reasonably assigned or requiredPlease send your resume in WORD format to : mark@harbingernetwork.ca
