Paul Davis Fort McMurray is the region’s leading restoration services provider, specializing in Emergency Response and Reconstruction for both Residential and Commercial projects. As an industry leader committed to the highest standards, we are seeking an A-Player Project Manager to join our growing team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Facilitate assignments with insurance carriers and insured parties
  • Process and manage insurance claims from start to finish
  • Communicate project direction and expectations with division managers
  • Generate scopes of work for the Estimator
  • Review estimates for accuracy prior to submission
  • Manage project budgets while maintaining targeted gross margins
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as part of our 24/7 operation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing both commercial and residential projects
  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills (asset)
  • Sales experience (asset)
  • Construction experience (asset)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Understanding and alignment with Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics
Required Qualifications


  • Experience leading teams, offices, or groups within an organization
  • Proven ability to achieve results and exceed performance goals
  • Valid operator’s license
  • Criminal background clearance (required)
Preferred Qualifications


  • Secondary education (not required, but considered an asset)
Physical Requirements


  • Ability to independently navigate active job sites
  • Ability to observe and process information on a computer
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
