We are hiring a contract Scheduling Coordinator for our Security Services branch in Vancouver, BC.

What do we offer?

• $22.00 an hour

• Eligible for a contract completion bonus.

• Full-time Contract (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)

What does a Scheduling Coordinator do?

• Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for the CBSA contract

• Ensure all zones are covered as scheduled and in accordance with client requirements.

• Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.

• Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the scheduling program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all input deadlines are met.

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients.

• Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge.

• Ensure scheduling compliance in accordance with the ISO 9000 requirements.

Qualifications to become a Scheduling Coordinator

• Previous high-volume scheduling experience is an asset.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, as well as experience using scheduling software.
