Technical ERP Data Migration Business Analyst

Our Vancouver based client is seeking for an experienced Technical ERP Data Migration Business Analyst to join their project immediately on a long term contract. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 + years of experience in a similar role, specifically focused on data readiness and data migration within ERP systems, including hands-on experience supporting data migration across multiple business domains. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage large volumes of data and ensure high-quality data throughout the migration process.

• Responsible for working closely with data stewards, product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that data migration activities are properly planned, executed, and monitored.
• Actively support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from legacy ERP systems to the data readiness tool.
• Ensure that all data processes are carefully captured and validated as part of the migration strategy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes, particularly in industries such as mining, manufacturing, or any industry requiring complex data migrations.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
