About the Role:
Werelooking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our Landscape Maintenance Team as aLead Handthe second in command on our maintenance crews.
This role is perfect for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys mentoring team members andhelpingoversee daily operations. At Fossil,youllhave the opportunity to guide and develop crew members, coordinate tasks, and help drive the success of our landscape projects. We provide ongoing training, support, and a clear path for advancement for those looking to grow their career in landscape horticulture.
