- Work within a fabulous, supportive, and friendly team that values hard work and collaboration.
- Gain valuable new skills and experience with specialized automotive machinery production.
- Enjoy team-building events like a company BBQ in the summer and a Christmas party in the winter.
- Benefit from a two-week shutdown period at Christmas for plant maintenance, giving you a consistent holiday break.

Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator in this key Manufacturing & Logistics role, your daily duties will be varied and essential to the production line's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Loading raw materials into the machine and unloading finished parts, ensuring proper orientation and placement.
- Conducting regular visual inspections of parts to identify any defects and ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Monitoring machine gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure the machinery is functioning correctly and making adjustments as necessary.
- Notifying supervisors or maintenance technicians immediately in the event of a machine error, malfunction, or safety concern.
- Accurately completing all necessary production paperwork, logs, and quality control documentation.
- Safely moving materials and finished products using carts and other equipment, which involves physical pushing and pulling.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to 5S housekeeping standards.
- Packaging finished products into boxes according to specifications, preparing them for the next stage in the Manufacturing & Logistics chain.
- Assisting in other production areas and performing various functions as required to support team goals.
