We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with extensive industrial and institutional new-build experience to join a well-established construction company that handles large-scale, high-profile industrial and institutional projects across the Greater Montreal Area. With decades of expertise in delivering high-quality construction, this company has developed a reputation for its projects. They have an excellent track record in completing complex projects in various cities, including St-Jerome and St-Hyacinthe, and other areas across the Greater Montreal Area.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience : 15+ years in the construction industry, with at least 5 years at the director level.
  • Industrial Expertise : Proven experience in managing industrial and institutional new-build construction projects is essential.
  • Leadership : Strong management skills with the ability to lead large teams and deliver results.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to travel between sites in the Greater Montreal Area. Company covers travel-related expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, management, and delivery of large-scale industrial and institutional construction projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project sites across the Greater Montreal Area.
  • Ensure that all projects meet the company’s standards for quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Lead project teams and provide mentorship to site managers and other senior staff.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project goals.
  • Drive innovation and improvements in project management processes and methodologies.

    This role offers a competitive salary of $175k+, depending on experience, and performance-based bonuses tied to business and project success.
