The Corporate Human Resources Data Analyst position offers an excellent opportunity to gain Data exposure in the field of Human Resources within a large and diversified organization. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment while contributing to meaningful projects that drive business insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as part of a team focused on data analysis and visualization.
• Gain exposure and hands‑on learning with Power BI, Synapse, and Alteryx.
• Assist with Compensation‑specific project work and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Review data, providing insights and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the management and implementation of initiatives, including reporting and analytics enhancements.
