The Opportunity :
The Customs House Broker Product Manager role focuses on enabling growth by developing unique customs solutions that create customer stickiness and support sales with customs expertise.
It is also important to drive risk mitigation activities to secure a compliant state of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive growth enablement.
Identify impact zones for growth delivery and provide guidelines to the sales community.
Increase product visibility to improve product penetration with other products.
Standardize product and pricing to facilitate commercial (cross-) selling.
Work closely with marketing to increase awareness of the product’s existence as part of the Company’s Service Portfolio
Secure product innovation and development to create customer stickiness.
Define and drive value propositions in alignment with the different verticals.
Close cooperation with other products to drive success of the integrator strategy.
Drive the integrator vision by enabling other products and contribute to the end-to-end process.
Align the Customs Product strategy to the overall Company strategy.
Follow-up on financial performance of the product across the different areas and provide support / guidance.
Secure product compliance by driving risk mitigation from sales process to onboarding.
We are looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
10 years of experience in Customs business in an international set up
Working experience in logistics / supply chain industry is advantagous
Leadership and management skills
Excellent communication skills, both internal and client facing
Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Auditing and monitoring outputs and data analysis
A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player with a collaborative mindset
Ability to make decisions in the absence of management
Strong communication and individual problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills leading to calculated action to drive impactful results.
Strong and current knowledge of technology platforms, MS Office products, and ability to quickly adapt to new software

Pay Range : $120,000-$140,000 CAD*
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
