Adecco is currently hiring several full-time Test Technicians to work afternoons for our client, a globally known electronics manufacturer in Mississauga, ON. In this position, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of products. - As this role is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency status. A work permit status is not eligible for this role.
Pay Rate : $24.61 / hour
Location : Mississauga, ON
Shift : 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm

Responsibilities :
Test, calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances to product specifications.
Lifting 30lbs or less with moderate machine operation
Uses hand tools and power tools according to product specifications
Participate and effectively communicate with Team to prevent defects, increase efficiency, and improve all around safety Perform preventative maintenance task and standard start checks as per ETQ.
Work to drawings and test documents.
Adherence to all safety, ESD, housekeeping policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
College Diploma / Degree and or equivalent Military experience.
Experience in electronic assembly.
Experience in troubleshooting down to the component level.
Experience in power electronics for analog and digital circuits.
Security clearance as per CGP is required.
Working knowledge of English language, good verbal, and written communication skills
Good manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination
Good team player
Able to work from drawings and written instructions
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi tasks
Flexible to work on a Second or Third shift when / if required
Ability to lift up to 30lbs consistently
