Are you a high-performing AE who knows you’re capable of more, but stuck under capped commissions, rigid playbooks, or limited territories? This is your shot. This is not just another AE role. At OVOU, the market is wide open, and we’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to help us scale into the mid-market and enterprise, close high-impact deals, and shape the sales engine that will define our next stage of growth.

About OVOU

OVOU is a Sales Productivity Platform for in-person teams. Our Digital Business Card is used by more than 100,000 professionals across North America. Over the past six years we’ve built a premium product, a strong brand, and a loyal customer base.

Now we are scaling into companies with 100–2,500 employees. Our platform helps sales and marketing teams turn in-person interactions into CRM-ready leads instantly, from handshake to CRM in seconds.

  • Put your stamp on the foundation.The systems and playbooks you help create will be the ones future AEs inherit.

What You Will Do

  • Sell into Teams and Enterprise clients from day one while helping establish repeatable processes
  • Drive your own pipeline through a mix of inbound and targeted outbound campaigns
  • Work directly with the CEO to shape and execute GTM strategy and prove it works in the field
  • Travel to high-value US and Canadian conferences and trade shows to capture opportunities and represent OVOU
  • Document and systematize your approach to build the sales playbook and framework that will scale with the team

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of AE experience with closing responsibility in B2B, ideally mid-market or enterprise
  • Hungry, competitive, and driven to exceed targets
  • Coachable and eager to refine your craft
  • Process-oriented, you naturally build frameworks, document best practices, and create repeatable systems
  • Organized and disciplined, you thrive on structure across research, outreach, and follow-ups
  • Strong communicator with presence, able to engage senior stakeholders and represent OVOU professionally
  • Based in Canada, with ability to travel to the US when needed

What’s In It For You

  • OTE: $140,000 - $180,000 (with upside as we scale)
  • Stock options - own a piece of the upside you help create

What to Expect

Sales cycle: 1-3 months, balancing quick wins with deeper enterprise relationships

First 30-60-90 days:

  • 0-30 days: Ramp up, immerse yourself in our product and ICP, begin outreach, shadow calls
  • 30-60 days: Own your own deals end-to-end, contribute to outbound strategy
  • 60-90 days: Drive consistent pipeline, refine playbooks, provide feedback to product and leadership
