Pharmacist, Community Pharmacy Services role at Fraser Health Authority. Casual opportunities for Pharmacists to join our team at Crosstown Clinic, Downtown Community Health Centre and Hope to Health Centre in Vancouver, BC. Community pharmacy experience or interest, including work with marginalized Mental Health & Substance Use populations, is required.
Education and Experience
Current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of drug distribution processes in a community setting; effective communication skills (verbal, written, non-verbal); empathy and trauma-informed practice; professional judgement within legislative requirements; ability to work collaboratively and prioritize work; ability to operate related equipment and software; physical capability to perform duties.
