Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate international engineering resources to drive product development
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept through post-launch support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to align goals and timelines
  • Develop product specifications and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and technologies
  • Implement efficiency improvements to speed innovation and product delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • 10+ years in Power Electronics engineering, with hands-on product development experience in an IoT environment
  • Expertise in circuit design, LED drivers, power supply systems, embedded systems, and IoT integration
  • Proficiency with engineering software (PADS, Altium, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Circuit Simulation)
  • Experience coordinating across international teams (a plus) and willingness to travel domestically/internationally
