The Role:
Seeking a strategic digital leader to drive innovation and integrate e-commerce into a traditional business. You will lead digital transformation initiatives, enhance customer experience, and optimize operations by bridging physical retail with digital commerce.
The Responsibilities:
• Execute an omnichannel digital strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee e-commerce platform development, integration, and optimization.
• Manage digital projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead change management and internal adoption of digital tools.
• Use data-driven insights to refine digital strategies and enhance customer engagement.
The Qualifications:
• 5+ years in digital transformation, e-commerce, or omnichannel project management.
• Strong background in digital platforms, CRM, UX/UI, and analytics.
• Proven experience in strategy execution and stakeholder engagement.
