Job description
Begin Insurance is a digital insurance brokerage currently looking for talented, dynamic brokers who are invested in their trade and in the relationships they have with their colleagues and clients.
Our Mission: Begin makes insurance easy, accessible and accountable to you by leveraging people, expertise and technology - when, where and how you want it.
We offer the most attractive compensation package in the region for new business commission for high performing brokers. We want the best possible candidates.
We represent all of the major insurance companies, 17 in total, the most in Canada. As a Broker you can be confident in our rates. We partner with markets other brokerages don't have. We have a distinct competitive advantage in pricing and coverage.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business and expand client base.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to enhance sales strategies.
