As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of extraordinary client experiences and support to maximize sales opportunities. THE ROLES

As a Boutique Associate, you will:

1. Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
2. Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
3. Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor, you will:

1. Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
2. Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments
3. Build deep and personalized connections with our clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia

As a Service Advisor, you will:

1. Welcome clients
2. Match clients with their product and direct them to the right Service Counter
3. Prepare the product to be processed
4. Efficiently and accurately process transactions
5. Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
6. Support operations at the Service Counter

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

1. Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients
2. Strategically place product in the backroom
3. Uphold the standards of product display
4. Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
5. Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

As a Merchandiser, you will:

1. Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients
2. Strategically place product on the sales floor
3. Translate the product story in our boutiques
4. Validate the standards of product display
5. Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
6. Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the boutique space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour.
