  • Help oversee and ensure smooth processing of revenues, expenditures, payroll and claims-maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial workflows.
  • Stay on top of changing financial regulations and ensure all practices align with federal/provincial standards and GAAP.
  • Support the rollout of new financial policies and procedures, and help train staff to build confidence and consistency across the team.
  • Provide leadership and day-to-day support to finance team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Respond to internal and external financial inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports for the Director of Finance and Co-Executive Directors to support strategic decisions.
  • Play a key role in preparing for the annual audit, ensuring the organization is ready and well-documented.
  • Uphold organizational HR policies and Collective Agreement provisions while modeling ethical, confidential financial stewardship.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all financial and employee records.
  • Step in with flexibility and a team-focused mindset to support additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to NETES policies.

Qualifications:
