Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant with a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly in newer technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutioning, pre-sales, and supporting the sales cycle. They will be responsible for conceptualizing solutions that align with our clients' needs, focusing on innovative approaches over product-centric strategies.

The role will encompass a wide range of technologies, including connectivity, managed services, AI / ML, field operations, internet, and dark fiber etc.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Develop innovative technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating the value proposition.
• Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on market demands and trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering).
• years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on newer technologies.
• Proven track record in solutioning and pre-sales support.
• Strong understanding of connectivity, managed services, AI / ML, field operations, internet, and dark fiber.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
