Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Repair Technician assists customers when things have gone wrong. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy in‑person, hands‑on repairs and helping others get the most from their technology. As part of Saskatoon’s most referred Apple Authorized Service Provider team, you will review, diagnose, and repair our clients’ computers, phones, and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service and support for various clients.
• Troubleshoot iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, and other technology.
• Complete hardware and software repairs on a variety of technology.
• Assist customers with inquiries in person, on the phone, and through email.
• Accurately enter data into Horizon’s customer and service management system.
• Complete repairs, updates, and administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
• Perform general administrative duties and additional tasks as assigned.
