National Sales Manager

We are looking for a national sales manager to join a fast growing valve and fluid company focused on refrigeration located remotely in Canada.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Main Role

  • and execute sales budget objectives and business planning.
  • of company market share within Canada
  • effective and productive management of sales & territory development activities.
  • promotion of company Current and future products
  • accurate sales forecasting, account planning for proper commercial reporting.
  • a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

Sales & Marketing

  • market research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • and acquire new customers and up-sell to existing customer base.
  • strong relationships with key accounts.
  • monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products & services.
  • and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency.
  • up to date with new company product launches, ensure sales team members are on board.
  • market trends, benchmark competitors’ activities, and formulate strategies to respond.
  • with top management in the definition of sales strategies and targets.
  • long-term relationships with existing clients, by interpreting, managing, and satisfying their requirements
  • responsibility for credit management of assigned customers in compliance with existing group procedures.
  • the customers’ product range development and assuring the company presence across clients distributing product range
  • and report case histories of successful product applications / placement.

Customer Support

  • pre and post sales technical assistance and product range education.
  • the team to answer technical questions, advising customers on how best to use the products.
  • technical and Sales presentations to clients, demonstrating how products can assist growth in their business.
  • clients with product selection
  • quality claim management in dealing with customers’ complaints.
  • information and targets for the design of custom-made products
  • through formal and informal personal training appropriate product knowledge

Qualifications :

  • degree in business administration, Sales, Engineering or equivalent
  • least 5 years of experience in Sales and leading a Sales Team
  • 40%.
  • product knowledge of hydraulic hose / engineering market and competitors
  • of principles and processes for providing customer service
  • and ERP experience
  • knowledge of and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental responsibility
