About the Role
Were seeking a hands-on, experienced Landscape Construction Site Leader to oversee daily site operations and guide our talented crews. Youll work closely with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects efficiently, safely, and beautifully ensuring every detail meets Fossils exacting standards. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring others in a positive, team-oriented environment.
