Additional Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in data platform and transformation (ETL) tools. Experience in Python, and in python libraries. Experience with Snowflake or other cloud databases. Proficiency in Epic Clarity and/or other Cogito tools. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, including mentoring and collaborating with others. Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients by presenting complex analyses, methods and findings in business- and user-friendly language. Comprehensive understanding of health systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Access) and the ability to become proficient with new software packages. Must abide by the highest standards of confidentiality and have a sound understanding of the principles within Alberta’s Access to Information Act, as well as the Health Information Act.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Endoscopy clinical workflow and analytics as well as experience with Quality Improvement/Outcomes Improvement methods and a clear understanding of the connection and interdependency between successful quality improvement and measurement will be valuable assets.
