SUMMARY:
The Crisis Response Worker in the Mobile Crisis Team provides phone and in person crisis intervention services to youth, their families and caregivers in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Team members ensure all work is carried out within a trauma and resiliency-informed framework, promoting a culturally proficient approach when working with youth, their families and caregivers. Choice and control are priorities of The Link and the MCT provides youth with the tools to foster emotional well-being and help youth navigate their personal journeys.PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

SALARY RANGE: $24 - $26 per hour. Dependent on qualifications.
HOURS OF WORK: varied shifts including: days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
