Are you looking for a challenging Customer Care Agent role in Laval that allows you to have a real impact on the customer experience?
Our client, a leader in the retail of sports and outdoor products, is looking to expand its team of Customer Care Agent in Laval.

Job Summary
You will be the first point of contact for after-sales service for online orders. The role focuses mainly on managing cases by email and phone, ensuring quality resolution for customers. As a Customer Care Agent based in Laval, you will work closely with stores to resolve issues such as order errors, delivery problems, or promotional questions.

Responsibilities
The responsabilities as a Customer Care Agent are :

- Answer customer and store inquiries by email and phone to resolve issues related to online orders.

- Handle refunds and order adjustments.

- Perform administrative tasks and data entry.

- Collaborate with internal teams, particularly stores, to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications
What you need to succeed as a Customer Care Agent :

- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, to participate in essential training sessions, meetings, or conferences held outside of Quebec and conducted in English.

- Comfortable with computer tools and able to learn new systems quickly.

- Ability to manage pressure and a high volume of work, especially during peak periods.

- Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving.

- Possess a positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
