Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and operational improvements within condominium corporations, rental properties, and select commercial properties across Alberta. This role ensures that all projects align with governing legislation, meet stakeholder expectations, and are delivered on time and within budget. The position also leads the project management division to drive additional revenues and works closely with the Business Development team and Community Managers to develop new capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage capital improvement and maintenance projects (e.g., roofing, HVAC, landscaping, reserve fund projects).
Identify and grow revenue opportunities through condo loans and assessments.
Serve as primary liaison between the condominium board, stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Source, evaluate, and manage third‑party contractors and service providers.
Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, reserve fund allocations, and financial forecasts.
Coordinate with condominium managers and site staff to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations relative to ongoing projects.
