Job description

• Collaborate with Product Owner, Stakeholders and stream managers to shape the high-level program project scope
• Project management & execution, planning, financial management
• Work with all stream and technical leads to establish project resource requirements
• Ensure the successful delivery of Digital & API led defined project scope (across program)
• Quarterly Delivery Plan
• Conceptual Sprint Plan
• Facilitate alignment meetings
• Support backlog prioritization
• Support Project Manager project discussion to business stakeholders
• Attend business stakeholder meetings
• Communicate with the Scrum Master for project status and blockers in order to be able to report up to management
• Mitigate escalated issues and risks
• Communicate risks and issues raised by the project team to appropriate stakeholders and Product Owner through immediate communication and scheduled status report meetings
• Ensure all project resources - including third-party vendor partners, contractors and internal IT staff - are informed and collaborate at the appropriate times with the required resources
• Analyze agile team challenges, participate in solution discussion and implement improvements
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
• Experience of delivering projects in Agile methodology
• Understanding of System Integration / ESB
• P&C Insurance and Canadian Insurance CSIO standards
• Agile ScrumMaster Certification
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Significant experience working with global teams spread across multiple geographies
• Outstanding
• Strong conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
