Corporate Paralegal - Drummondville Do you have experience as a Paralegal in corporate law and want to take on new professional challenges as part of an experienced business law team? Here's a great opportunity! Our client, a law firm based in Drummondville with decades of experience, is currently looking for a bilingual paralegal with significant experience in corporate and transactional law. YOUR ROLE:Prepare all documents related to simple or complex transactions;Draft legal documents;Support junior and intermediate assistants and paralegals (review, mentoring, training);Perform annual company updates;Perform annual company updates;Verify minute books;Update corporate data in EnAct.SKILLS REQUIRED:DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other equivalent studies;Significative experience in corporate transactional law;Good level of bilingualism, both written and spokenExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;Autonomy, rigor and good management of priorities;Interpersonal skills and proactivity.
