The Senior Audiovisual Programmer role will require the candidate to provide programs and configurations for new and existing AV systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Pre-sales support - Assist with the selection of control systems for designers and sales team.
• Provide programming time estimates for sales team.
• Pre-programming Build a base program based on bill of materials, drawings and scope of work. Work with Sales Account Managers to establish customer needs and expectations for system function and GUI design.
• Remote programming Assist Installers / Technicians in loading, testing the program and performing modifications.
• Configuration of supporting equipment and system configuration tasks which may include network switch configuration, building IP tables, working with client IT individuals to establish network requirements.
• Service call support - Support our team of field Technicians with service calls related to program or control issues.
• On-site programming or troubleshooting when remote programming is not possible, or when a site visit would be more efficient to solve issues.
• On-site final testing and commissioning of system
• Provide documentation for operating the system
• Maintain communications with Scheduler, Installation Managers and Account Managers on status of project and task lists.
• Willing to work overtime as needed (time in lieu) to meet promises to clients.
• Willing to work out of town, as overnight travel will be required from time to time.
