Summary :
The Governance and Standards Engineer provides coordination, guidance, and facilitation support for corporate and engineering initiatives, procedures, standards, and professional-practice requirements. This role works under the Chief Engineer and alongside the Engineering Managers and Department Managers to help plan, communicate, implement, and continuously improve agreed processes, tools and governance practices.

Support professional-practice requirements and provide guidance related to applicable professional engineering associations (Canada, United States, and Australia), including :
Create and present training materials, competency frameworks, and onboarding programs for managers and staff.
