Job Description :

The Travel / HR Coordinator will provide on-site support for employees on travel-related matters and assist with HR-related tasks as needed. This role is responsible for efficiently arranging and coordinating domestic and international based rotational flights, hotels, and transportation confirmation for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

This role is responsible for efficiently arranging and coordinating domestic and international based rotational flights, hotels, and transportation confirmation for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

This is a site-based position on a 14 / 7 rotational schedule.

Salary Range : $79,442 - $100,716. The range provided is for contracted hours only. In addition, McDermott offers a competitive total rewards package, including project up-lift and bonuses.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

Travel Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Maintain and update the Site Rotation Schedule spreadsheet, ensuring accurate tracking of Fly In / Fly Out Days, overtime days, and leaves.
• Coordinate and prioritize travel arrangements for employees including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries, ensuring employees have all necessary information and instructions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and assist employees in resolving travel issues accordingly.
• Manage and process approved leave request forms, ensuring all travel-related changes are made.
• Maintain accurate travel records and reports.
• Develop and maintain positive work relationships with travel vendors.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with site travel policies and procedures.
• Make recommendations for process improvements and innovations to drive efficiencies.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
