Description
:Relevant du Directeur TI, Assurances des particuliers, l’analyste développeur participera aux projets et aux évolutions ainsi qu’opérations et maintenance des systèmes sous la responsabilité de l’équipe. À l’aise avec les principes et pratiques de l’approche Agile, il réalisera la programmation dans les progiciels cibles (Guidewire, Amazon Web Services) en respectant les méthodes et normes établies par la direction. Il rédigera la documentation appropriée et s’assurera de la fiabilité des systèmes et de la qualité de son code.
Il aura la chance de travailler en étroite collaboration avec ses coéquipiers TI au sein de la vice-présidence ainsi qu’avec les équipes des lignes d’affaires. Auprès de ses collègues, il suscitera l’engagement, favorisera l’auto-organisation, l’amélioration continue et l’hyper collaboration.
