THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager, Architecture Project Management, you will lead the team to:
- Lead projects end-to-end from concept through construction, maintaining clear schedules, milestones, and momentum.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints impacting scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain accurate and organized project information, including drawings, models, site data, and documentation, to support effective coordination and decision-making.
- Oversee the issuance and tracking of drawings, RFIs, and shop drawings, ensuring timely resolution to support project progress.
- Lead coordination across internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope, design intent, schedule, and execution.
- Manage external consultants, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Ensure all designs and documentation comply with applicable codes, regulations, permitting requirements, accessibility standards, and landlord criteria.
- Support and facilitate project decisions by organizing information, clarifying inputs, and tracking outcomes.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager/Manager, Architecture Project Management has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in the best practices and applications of REVIT
- Experience delivering architectural projects from concept through construction, owning scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Highly organized with strong project and document management discipline
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams, consultants, and contractors
- Strong understanding of design development, construction documentation, and delivery, with knowledge of codes, regulations, and permitting requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency
- Clear, structured communicator with strong coordination and decision-support capabilities
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
