SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Services Required

The selected resource will perform the following functions :

• Generating reports and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather requirements and analyze IT systems.
• Mapping applications to cross-functional business capabilities.
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including mapping and catalogs.
• Assisting in implementing and maintaining the Application Master Spreadsheet.
• Providing analytical support to assess the feasibility of application enhancements.
• Verifying application functionality through testing.
• Ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant standards and policies.
• Utilizing expertise in Application Dependency Mapping to analyze the impact of applications on IT infrastructure.
• Understanding infrastructure architecture, including networking and storage.
• Defining components and interactions within application and systems architecture.

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required :

• Previous experience with complex IT projects.
• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT / Cloud roles.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis tasks.
• Strong understanding of Excel formulas and functions.
• Skill in creating PivotTables and charts.
• Knowledge of data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with importing and exporting data.
• Ability to clean and preprocess data.
• Understanding of Excel tables and data models.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query (Nice to have).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional professionalism and time management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
