Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities vary and may increase according to grade level
Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs the military and civilian human resources and fiscal programmatic activities.
Serves as the personnel strategic planner and resource development / allocation manager.
Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analysis and cost analyses of multi-year funding needs for one or more future budget years.
Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships.

Total salary varies depending on location of position

Position may be subject to random drug testing

Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and / or holidays
