Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented ERP Administrator to join our Shared Technology Services team. This role is crucial for providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and administrative tasks for our core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Momentus.
You will work closely with the ERP Manager and ERP Analyst, focusing on essential technical and functional support for the Momentus ERP system, ensuring system availability, data accuracy, and user productivity across the convention center and Western hospitality operations. This role supports both year-round operations and high-volume events, providing first-level technical assistance, data management, and system maintenance, and escalating complex issues to the Senior ERP Business Analyst as needed.

Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Maintenance
- Monitor daily Momentus ERP system performance and availability.
- Perform user account management and security administration.
- Maintain system configurations and parameter settings.
- Coordinate with Momentus support for system updates and maintenance.
- Schedule and manage system maintenance notifications to users.
User Support & Training
Provide first-level technical support for ERP functionality.Assist users with system navigation and basic troubleshooting.Conduct new user orientation and basic training sessions.Escalate complex issues to the Senior ERP Business Analyst as needed.Data Management & Quality
Verify data accuracy and completeness across ERP modules.Execute data cleanup and maintenance activities.Generate standard reports and extracts as requested.Coordinate with Momentus support for data-related issues.Documentation & Process Support
Maintain knowledge base articles and FAQ resources.Record system changes and configuration updates.Track support tickets and resolution statistics.Assist with process documentation updates.Testing & Quality Assurance
Execute test scripts for system updates and patches.Verify system functionality after maintenance activities.Assist with user acceptance testing coordination.Document test results and system issues.Support system upgrade and implementation activities.Special Event Support
Provide extended system support during major events.Monitor system performance during high-volume periods.Coordinate with event management teams on system needs.Ensure payment processing systems remain operational.Assist with event-specific reporting requirements.Qualifications
Technical diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, OR High School diploma with equivalent experience.Basic understanding of database concepts and reporting tools.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.1+ years of business system support experience.Experience supporting ERP system functionality, user accounts, and data quality.Experience assisting with system testing, maintenance, and upgrades.Exposure to event-driven, high-volume operations preferred but not required.Working Conditions
