What will you be doing?
Day-to-day duties will have you managing all operations within the scope of a Site Super in unique low / mid-rise projects, including attending meetings, tracking progress, documenting milestones of a strong team, ensuring safe and successful completion of projects, and complying with regulations.
Other day-to-day activities might include :
- Working closely with the executive team to report on progress, team initiatives, and processes
- Work with Construction Manager to ensure cohesive and effective strategy is in place for construction team
- Continuously stay up to date on industry trends to provide disruptive thinking on initiatives, projects, and implementation of current and new projects
- Collaborate with a wide range of individuals every day to create open communication through all stages of projects
