Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our clients team at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility.
As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to promote recovery and enhance mobility.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility and function.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications :
Valid Physical Therapist license in WA.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
