We’re looking for a Coordinator, Construction Services who thrives in a fast-paced environment, someone skilled in contract administration, communication, and risk management—ready to support infrastructure projects for our Client-Partner. By becoming a DCC team member, you will have the opportunity to deliver infrastructure solutions that support Canada’s troops and the defence of the country.
The Coordinator, Construction Services, manages and administers low-complexity construction, professional services and service contracts to ensure compliance with contract requirements. The incumbent may provide support under the functional direction of a contract coordinator on higher complexity contracts. The incumbent engages in daily discussions and negotiations with contractors and the Client-Partners about quality of work, interpretation of contract documents, scope changes, progress claim reviews and other issues. The incumbent addresses contract management risks within delegated authority and complies with service line requirements.
