Here's What You Bring to the Team:
As a Service & Warranty Coordinator at Shane Homes, you will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners regarding service and warranty requests. You are passionate about people and ensuring their experience is unmatched. You are an active listener, cool as a cucumber under pressure, and are solutions oriented. Your attention to detail is uncanny, and you have a natural ability to make people feel at ease. You are friendly, upbeat, and find the silver lining in every situation. And just like everyone else at Shane Homes, you take your job seriously, but you don’t take yourself too seriously.
We would love it if you had these too:
A positive and empathetic personality is essential.
At least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced customer service role.
Proven ability to prioritize and remain organized.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and have an open mind.
Previous experience in the home construction industry would be an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office - bonus points if you have experience working in a CRM or Service Scheduling System.
Here's What Your Day-To-Day Could Look Like:
Managing all homeowner inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
Coordinate and schedule all preoccupation, walk-thru, and orientation appointments.
Scheduling homeowner service appointments and managing several calendars at a time.
Scheduling all trade-day appointments and follow up with homeowners on outstanding items.
Troubleshooting problems and working cohesively with Home Care Specialists to provide an exceptional experience for our homeowners.
Utilizing and maintaining Homefront Software regularly.
