Shane Homes is excited to share we are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Sales Team based out of Calgary, AB. This non-commissioned, salaried role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to kick off their career in New Home Sales.
Please Note: this is a 6 -12-month Contract position with potential to extend.

You have a passion for sales, goals for growth, and just like everyone else at Shane Homes - you take your job seriously, but you don't take yourself too seriously.
We Would Love It If You Had These Too:
A working background or general knowledge of Sales and the Sales Cycle.
Previous experience in the New Home Construction industry would be an asset.
Previous experience working in an administrative/office support type role would be an asset.
A strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using technology - CRM systems, social media and digital communication platforms.
The ability to stay incredibly organized while being able to pivot when necessary.
An upbeat, friendly, and warm personality - who's also just a little weird.
Here's What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like:
Sales Center Coverage - working in various locations as needed rather than being assigned to a specific community.
Assist with customer inquiries and handovers, while supporting New Home Advisors and Area Managers.
Maintain professional sales environments, ensuring Sales Centers are kept tidy, presentable, and stocked with up-to-date marketing materials.
Greet and interact with potential homebuyers, answer questions about the home-buying process and ensure a welcoming environment.
Assist in following up with potential homebuyers via phone, email, and digital communication tools to nurture leads and build relationships.
Engage with prospective clients through social media, live chat, and email to create touchpoints and build interest in new home opportunities.
Help organize and participate in sale events, community promotions, and open houses to generate new leads.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and coordination between departments to ensure a smooth home-buying process.
Participate in Team Meetings to stay updated on market trends, promotions and sales strategies.
