FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:

  • Inscrire les patients aux divers programmes de ICP.
  • Gérer la navigation du remboursement des patients et assurer la coordination des liens entre les programmes d’Innomar et les programmes externes, les patients, l’équipe de la pharmacie, les partenaires et les médecins.
  • Traiter et obtenir les AS ou la couverture d’assurance pour les patients (p. ex., gérer les communications avec les fournisseurs publics et privés).
  • Faire la liaison avec les rendez-vous, les cliniques, les programmes de soutien aux patients et les divisions de pharmacies.
  • Maintenir des données exactes dans les dossiers des patients et les lecteurs.
  • Signalera les evenements indesirables, les indesirables graves, les plaintes relatives aux produits conformement a la formation et aux politiques et procedures d'Innomar.
  • S’assurer que le client reçoit les bonnes ordonnances.
  • Maintenir le flux de travail en déterminant adéquatement l’ordre de priorité des tâches et en travaillant en équipe.
  • Préparer et traiter les factures, les demandes de règlement, les remboursements et les documents connexes.
  • Vérifier les factures et d’autres documents.
  • Le navigateur des pharmacies et des cliniques se verra également confier d’autres fonctions et tâches au besoin, de temps à autre.
  • Peut être amené à devoir rester en disponibilité/attente dans le cadre de ce rôle.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enroll patients for the variety of ICP programs.
  • Manage reimbursement navigation for patients by coordinating relationships with Innomar and Non-Innomar programs, patients, pharmacy team, partners and physicians
  • Process and attain SA’s or reimbursement coverage for patients (e.g. manage communication with public and private providers)
  • Liaise with the scheduling, clinics, patient support programs and pharmacy divisions
  • Maintain accurate data in patient files and computer drives
  • Will report adverse events, serious adverse events, product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies & procedures
  • Verify that customer receives correct prescription(s)
  • Maintain workflow through effective task prioritization and teamwork
  • Prepare and process billings, claims, reimbursements and related documents
  • Review invoices or other documentation
  • The Clinic and Pharmacy Navigator will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.
  • May be required to be on standby/ on call as part of this role.

  • Deux années d’expérience ou plus en matière de navigation dans les options de remboursement avec les payeurs publics et privés obligatoires

  • Deux années ou plus d’expérience connexe en matière de remboursement est un atout

  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Capacité d’organisation, aptitude à faire plusieurs tâches en même temps, avec précision et exactitude.

  • Excellente connaissance du domaine du remboursement des médicaments au Canada

  • Connaissance du fonctionnement des pharmacies

  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication, de service à la clientèle et interpersonnelles

  • Capacité à travailler seul et en équipe

  • Excellentes aptitudes de gestion du temps

  • Bilinguisme anglais/français est requis

  • Expérience en gestion de programmes de soutien aux patients est un atout

Le candidat retenu pourrait avoir des contacts quotidiens avec des clients, des patients ou des pairs unilingues anglophones d'équipes interfonctionnelles

  • Two or more years of reimbursement navigation experience involving private and public payers is required

  • Two or more years of related reimbursement experience an asset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy

  • Excellent knowledge of Canadian drug reimbursement landscape

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations

  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Bilingualism, French/English is required

  • Patient Support Program experience an asset

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.

  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes; capacité à résoudre les problèmes de façon efficace et efficiente

  • Connaissance de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint et d’autres programmes Office

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical and reimbursement navigation services industry required

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Effective organizational skills; attention to detail

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines

  • Previous experience in cold-chain distribution an asset

  • Previous experience with biological and/or cytotoxic medication and sterile preparation an asset

  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs

  • As part of your job duties, you may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
