Responsibilities
(3+ years)Independently manage customer accounts across NB, PEI and Maine.
Lead business development efforts with municipalities, contractors, developers and consulting engineers.
Representing the company at client meetings, industry events and project discussions.
Take the lead role in project development and sales strategy.
Technical Requirements
Post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering, engineering technology or a related field preferred.
Candidates with a business background and relevant construction or estimating experience will also be considered.
Working knowledge of construction drawings and CRM software is considered an asset.
Business Requirements
Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly in a hands-on environment.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in preparing quotations.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Cultural Requirements
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
Practical problem-solving mindset with a customer focused approach.
Willingness to learn and grow into a client facing sales role.
