The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Digital Performance Solutions and Reliability will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and leading project pursuits. This role involves market analysis, strategic partnerships, and collaboration with internal teams to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis : Conduct research to identify opportunities, analyze industry trends, and evaluate project feasibility.
• Strategic Partnerships : Develop relationships with clients, suppliers, EPCs, and industry stakeholders; collaborate across departments for strategic alignment.
• Market Expansion : Assess and develop strategies for entering new markets and growing customer base.
• Business Development : Create and execute business plans, identify target markets, and manage the pipeline of opportunities.
• Sales Performance : Nurture leads, develop proposals, and work with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
